Diagnostic & Psycho-Social Assessments

Each therapeutic relationship begins with a comprehensive intake process. I conduct detailed diagnostic, psycho-social, and functional assessments to better understand your unique strengths, challenges, and goals—laying the foundation for meaningful and effective treatment.

Individual Therapy

I offer one-on-one therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My integrative approach draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, customized to meet your needs:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

  • Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT): Specialized support for individuals and children impacted by trauma, incorporating caregiver involvement.

  • Psychodynamic Therapy: To explore deeper emotional patterns and past experiences influencing current challenges.

  • Mindfulness-Based Approaches: To build awareness, reduce stress, and increase emotional regulation through present-moment practices.

  • Parenting Support & Parent Coaching: As a certified provider of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I work with parents to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication and manage behavioral concerns with confidence and care. Play Therapy

Play is a child’s natural way of expressing thoughts and emotions. I use therapeutic play techniques to help children process their experiences, express feelings, and build coping skills in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate way.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) is a proven, evidence-based approach for children ages 2 to 7 and their caregivers. It’s designed to help reduce challenging behaviors while strengthening the bond between you and your child.

In PCIT, you’ll learn practical tools to respond calmly and confidently, and you’ll get real-time coaching as you interact with your child. Together, we’ll focus on building connection, improving communication, and creating more positive, peaceful moments at home.
